While some of our customers use the service daily, others use it weekly or several times per month. We also have half day rates. Our philosophy is that the costs are outweighed by the substantial improvement to the quality of life of your dog and for you.

What are some reasons people bring their dog to daycare?

There are multiple reasons but here are just a few common reasons. To get exercise, develop socialization and interact with other dogs, so pet don't have to be crated for long hours while parents at work, having work done to home or special celebration at home and dont want to worry about pet in the way, and just to reward their dog with a day at doggie daycare.

Do you do any activities with them during daycare?

They play and socialize during the day with their friends and get lots of exercise. Occasionally we do different activities such as bubble play, movie day, paw paint and they have access to the TV throughout the day.

How do I sign up for daycare?

First step is calling and making an appointment so we can do an temperament evaluation on your dog. Please complete Doggie Daycare Application and bring with you to your appointment.

Can any dog come to daycare?

Please keep in mind that the daycare environment is not for all dogs. Just like people, dogs have distinct personalities, and some personalities and

temperaments are better suited than others to the “pack” life in daycare. During the temperament evaluation we would evaluate whether daycare would be a positive and fun experience for your dog. Aggressive dogs will not be accepted.

What is an temperament evaluation?

In order to determine whether or not daycare is right for your dog, we require

an initial “meet & greet” interview prior to your dog being scheduled for daycare. This requires us spending 30-60 minutes with you and your dog. This interview will give us a chance to meet you and get a feel for your dog's unique personality and individual needs, which will help determine if doggie daycare would be beneficial to your dog. During the evaluation, we will spend some time talking with you and interacting with your dog. We will also see how your dog reacts and responds to other dogs, and you will get a chance to see the facility.

It's my pets' first time at daycare, what do I need to bring?

Please call for your interview appointment time and bring completed application forms and current vaccination records.

Do you feed them during daycare?

If you would like your pet to eat while at daycare you will need to supply their food or treats and his/her eating schedule. There is no extra cost to feed your pet while in daycare.

If I purchase a daycare package, do I still need to make reservations?

Due to space limitations and for the safety of the dogs, there are a limited amount of dogs that we can accept on a daily basis, therefore reservations are required at all times. If there is room, we will accept drop-ins without a reservation but we encourage you to call ahead.

How old does my puppy have to be to attend Daycare ?

Your puppy will need to finish his entire series of puppy vaccinations before he can attend. Rabies, which is typically the final vaccination of the series, is usually given around 16 weeks of age. As soon as your puppy has finished his vaccinations and meets our other requirements to play, he / she is ready to come and have some fun!

What happens if a dog is misbehaving?

We will give that dog a time out in the crate to calm down.

What can I expect from my dog after he / she has been to daycare?

Your dog will be excited to see you! But once your dog get home, he / she may act very tired or sleep more than usual. Don't worry! This is quite common. Remember, your dog spent the day here romping and playing with others – likely engaging in more activity than usual.

Is your area climate controlled?

Yes, it is heated and air conditioned indoors.

Do dogs ever get hurt?

Although we do our best to avoid injury to your dog, they do get scratches, nicks and easily treated small injuries. It is rare in the industry that more serious injuries occur. All injuries no matter how minor will be reported when you pick up your dog. Serious injuries would immediately be reported to you and we will seek immediate medical attention.

What happens if a dog has an accident?

If a dog has an accident inside, it is cleaned immediately with a disinfectant. We clean and sanitize the play areas everyday. We use an disinfectant that eliminates algae, microorganisms, fungi, bacteria, and viruses that cause disease.

Will my dog be walked or exercised?

Yes, all dogs go outside several times a day.

What if my dog gets sick during his day at daycare?

Although it rarely occurs, some pets can become ill during their stay. We will use your own veterinarian if at all possible, but if that is not possible, we have a trusted veterinarian that we may take your pet to see if their illness is serious. We will contact you in any event your pet becomes ill enough to warrant a trip to the veterinary clinic.
