I brought my dog Roxie to Mrs. Sonia after a family referral, and I am really glad I did. I had been taking my dog for the past eight months to Petsmart for grooming and care. One our first visit to Sonia she stated on the report card that my dogs ear needed to be seen by a vet ASAP. Took the dog in to the vet two days later and she had a chronic ear infection that the vet said had been going on for several months! So Mrs. Sonia's report cards are true unlike other companies!!!!! Perfect Paws is the best place for my dog and many many more.......... See ya soon (ruff, ruff) :-)

My dog Sweetie Pie has a very bad case of separation anxiety. I had been looking for a doggie daycare facility, but the only ones I could find were in Virginia. I had been praying for a place where she would be happy and well cared for. In searching the internet, I discovered Perfect Paws and because of the location, I called them immediately and scheduled an appointment. That was six months ago and Sweetie Pie LOVES going to doggie daycare. She loves the staff, and I have to laugh, because there are times when I pick her up in the evenings that she seems torn between coming to me or staying with the staff. I count that is a blessing because it means she's being well cared for and she feels the love. She also loves her new "fur friends." I would gladly recommend Perfect Paws Doggie Day Care and Spa to anyone looking for quality daycare and grooming.

Reilly Has been getting her haircut by Perfectpaws since her first grooming appointment. They do a great job of listening to how I want her to be cut, and she always looks fantastic after her appointment. Perfectpaws is the greatest: My doggies, who have been clients of Perfectpaws for well over 10 years, bark the testament to the service. It is is excellent, professional, and courteous. Now you would think that a pet establishment would be smelly! Not at Perfectpaws: have you noticed how very clean the place is, well decorated. When you walk in, you notice immediately that the place smells great and is charmingly decorated. And folks, it is a family run business. Wow!!

Very pleased with Perfect Paws, I was referred by a friend and she mentioned that they were family oriented, timely and reasonable. She never lied. I was welcomed with a smile, my dog is always handled with care. The wait time is never too long sometimes you can leave your dog and he'll be ready in an hour. You can book appointments online and via phone. But I prefer phone.
The services is cost efficient and they even offer unlimited washes packages. This place could put chains out of business with just there customer care alone. Take my pet here you won't regret it

My 4 month old dog, Chase started his first week here using their Daycare. He loves it. He is a 6lb maltipoo who isn't quite ready to be left alone and in need of socialization. There is so many good things about this place, but I will start with the staff- They are all awesome! They have genuine love and passion for the dogs in their care and it is evident immediately. Very professional and full of joy for their job. Chase comes in goes straight to his classroom without prompting at all- he loves it there. He has only been there 5 days and I already see a major difference in his behavior towards other dogs- no fear at all. Chase is not old enough from grooming services, so his hair is quite long, the staff actually brushes him to ensure there are no bothersome tangles for me to fight with when we get home. Amazing place! much better than any place I research prior to selecting!

Perfect Paws is the best kept secret. The owners and the staff are exceptional and they treat you and your pet like family. I am a first time dog owner of a bouncy, energetic black lab mix named Smoky. Smoky hates the groomer but she loves Perfect Paws. I have to fight to get her to go anywhere else. We have also used their boarding service. We had a last minute emergency and they were able to accommodate us with reasonable prices and great service.

Took my two babies in yesterday for spa treatment. Customer service was fabulous. Picking up my babies, I was extremely impressed. They smelled very good and was groomed to perfection. My girl too tie had her nails painted. She never gets them done so I am impressed. I love the progress report I was given. I will definitely return again. Highly recommended. I will start by saying that I do have a basis of comparison for this review, I have used chain pet stores' grooming and doggie day care services. I was looking for an alternative day care for my overly active Shih-tzu mix puppy that offered better care than a certain chain pet store's "camp". The first thing that was most apparent was the smell... There was none!!! I couldn't tell that any animal had ever been in the building. It was nice and clean and the reception area is nicely decorated. The second thing that happened and was surely the most important thing was that the staff (owners?) were happy to see and greet my dog. I received pictures of my dog enjoying his day, When I picked him up in the evening, I received a Pawgress Report which let me know how my dog behaved during the day. At Perfectpaws, the dogs are taken on potty breaks multiple time during the day (a service you have to pay separately for at the chain store). My dog had such a great time at Perfectpaws (I know because he fell asleep on the ride home). Now to the grooming... The staff was happy to see my dog and greeted him by name. I explained what I wanted and I was very happy when I picked my dog up. He looked so handsome and smelled great! The cost was HALF of what I paid to have my dog groomed at a chain pet store. Five WELL DESERVED stars for Perfectpaws Doggie Spa!!!!

As a new dog owner taking my yorkie Bao Bao to perfectpaws doggie spa was the best decision I could've made for him! Not only was he well taken care of the entire time he was there, Sonia gave me and continues to give me advice when asked. I wouldn't take him anywhere else! We needed boarding on a short notice for 8 days and we reached out to Sonia for help! Let me tell you...Our dog Kobe was so well taken care of. Absolutely 0 worries. When we picked him up he was so nice and clean and extremely happy and playful. They did an AWESOME job. I can't thank them enough. The staff was very nice and friendly. Thank you for making Brody's first visit such an enjoyable one. I was skeptical for a few reasons one of them being that many do not do well with a highly frisky dog and often my grooming directions are not adhered to. But to my pleasant surprise not only was Brody's cut well done, but Brody also appear to have had a great time at the spa. And he hates getting washed. In addition the person at the desk really was helpful, kind and patient. Lastly I was thoroughly impressed with the dog grooming report card! Brody will be back.

I love, love, love PerfectPaws Groomers. I am meticulous my Yorkie and his grooming since I had a bad experience at a couple of other spas. I was greeted with love, and patience. My friend Shannon told me about this groomer, I too had been taking my dog to petsmart and paying a lot of money and was not happy with the Service . The cost here is great and "Patches" looks so handsome and smells so good. I'm glad Shannon told me about this groomer. Petsmart will never see me again. Patches was so happy with his hair cut and his nails were perfectly trimmed. Now I will have to make an appointment for my yorkie "Meeko" he is a nervousllittle dog but I know that they will take good care of him. Thanks to the entire staff. See you in 6 weeks.

Let me say that I had no idea that this jewel was the next city over and literally right up the street. I'm so excited and over joyed when there are family owned establishments that offer great customer service and a very personable experience!!! From the time I called to make Buddy's appointment to the time we arrived Mr. Love (I believe to be the owner) made us feel right at home! When sitting down to complete my first time customer sheet I simply admired the waiting area and how modernly decorative it was...kudos to the design mind behind the look!! Oh and yes I must say the Couture doggie pictures displayed on the walls are too cute!!! When leaving out and leaving Buddy behind for his spa services I had no worries at all. Once Buddy was ready Mr. Love gave me a call and when I arrive Buddy looked just as I requested (my little lion)...too adorably cute!!! He felt, smelt, and looked so good!!! Like many of the other respondents, to the guest book, the service that I received for my Yorkie, Benjamin Button (Benny) was superb! I discovered the Perfectpaws Doggie spa through an advertisement that came to the house, in the form of a flyer. The lead phrase caught my attention, “Dogs are just children with fur.” This is exactly how I feel about my Yorkie, he’s my baby and I only want the best for him. After visiting this groomer, I know that I’ve found the answer. I no longer have to worry that Benny’s needs or his own feelings are being ignored during his services. My Yorkie is small and gets scared/nervous easily. The sick feeling that I got every time I had to leave him @ Petsmart has been replaced with a sense of comfort. Thank you Perfectpaws. I want to first thank the young lady I met in petco, who introduce me to Perfect paws, this past weekend was my dog Doe'chi first time going, when i walked in Sonia personality was amazing along with the service. Doe'chi was relax and comfortable being left there. After Doe'chi grooming as of today he still smells good. Perfect paws is the greatest. We love the service and the high quality care that our dog receives each and every time she gets groomed. We have also used the boarding service for 8 days last year, they took great care administerd her medicines while there and we will be using them again this year. I found Perfectpaws after a very bad experience at PetSmart. I have been a customer for a few years and my dog Chewy (Bichon) looks quite handsome everytime he's groomed. I am always 100% satisfied.
