What is Low Volume Grooming?  Your pet will receive individual attention during its visit. I groom less pets a day because I feel that your pet deserves the individual attention that I can provide them.

 

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards.

 

How much is a bath or groom? Pricing varies by size, coat type, condition and breed. Any excessive matting takes time to remove safely. There will be an extra charge applied to all matted pets.

 

Scheduled or Cancelled Appointments? Please call at least 1 day in advance to schedule an appointment. If you can not make your scheduled appointment please give us a 24 hour notice so we can schedule someone else in your place.

 

What does grooming include? Dog grooming is an exclusive service that allows a dog to get refreshed while feeling and looking stunning once they have received their grooming.We will assess the pets coat and skin. The coat is thoroughly brushed and combed removing all tangles and debris. Ears wiped, nails trimmed and all pets are bathed twice and thoroughly rinsed. Breed specific trim or the trim that the owner and I have decided would be correct for there pet. All pets are finished with a spritz of cologne and a bow or bandanna

 

Sedation? We do not sedate under any situation.

 

Will my dog be muzzled? Dogs that show signs of aggression will be muzzled during grooming for their safety and ours.

 

Boarding? Boarding is a fabulous service that allows our clients to enjoy short or extended vacations without the worry of bringing a dog sitter in their home. All dogs are secured in wire cages and they go out three times a day to potty. Throughout the day they will go outside to get exercise and run and play in the fenced in yard.  

 

How much is boarding? The price for boarding is based on your dogs weight and we charge per night instead of per day. This mean  if your dog come board with us on Friday and leave on Monday evening you will get charged for Friday, Sat., and Sunday night and there will be no charge for Monday. If your pet is staying with us for 7 nights or longer the total amount is due once you drop off.

 

What should I bring when boarding my dog? You only need to bring your pets food.You can bring a toy or blanket to help make your dog comfortable if you like. 

 

Transportation Services? This is a convenient pick-up and drop off service for grooming, Vet appointments, dog supplies such as food from the pet store etc.
